A tasty breakfast and we are off to the rock once again. We will work on our technique, introduce multi-pitch climbing (if applicable to group skill level), and enjoy the wonderful routes of Quiros. We will cut out early this day and move down the road 20 minutes to the equally-as-famous climbing area of Teverga. This town contains some spectacular restaurants and sits in the middle of one of the most gorgeous valleys in Asturias. We will eat dinner and stay the night here.

An early morning with pastries and café or café con leche (coffee or coffee with milk). We will get some sandwiches to go and head up to the climbing. Mountains to the Sea
We leave the mountains after eating some of the famous local dishes and head to the sea for a well deserved day of rest, good sea food, and perhaps some local music. If the group is interested we may rent surf boards and wet suits to get the full Paraiso Natural experience. We spend the night in a hotel on the coast.

Picos de Europa
We leave the coast and head in to Los Picos de Europa National Park. We will gauge where to climb according to group fitness and desire.
